ACCESS Links

When you sign into ACCESS, you will initially see the Orders Not Shipped page. The information available from ACCESS is listed on the lower left side of the page. Click on these links to view the information you wish to see.

Orders Not Yet Shipped

"Click" this option from the Access Links on the right side of the page and the following screen will appear:

The screen shows
1. Nazdar Order Number
2. Customer Purchase Order Number
3. Order Date
4. Requested Date
5. Shipping Method

25 orders are displayed on each page. If there are more than 25 orders not yet shipped, you can click on the next> link to see the next 25 orders. You can change the number of orders displayed by changing the pulldown box. The orders are initially sorted by Order Number. You can use the pulldown box to sort by Order Date or Customer PO#

Note that the order number is underlined. This is a hyper-link that connects you to the line item details of the order.

The line item details page shows
1. Item Number
2. Unit of Measure
3. Item Description
4. Quantity Ordered
5. Quantity Backordered
6. Warehouse
7. Drop Ship

To go back to the Orders not yet shipped summary page, click on the "back to summary" link.

Orders That Have Shipped In The Last 30 Days

"Click" this option from the ACCESS links on the left side of the page. The following screen will appear.

This screen shows:
1. Invoice Number
2. Order Number
3. Customer Purchase Number
4. Shipping Method
5. Original order Date
6. Shipping Date
7. Invoice Date
8. Order Shipped Complete (Y/N)
9. Order Drop Shipped (Y/N)
10. Any Backordered Items (Y/N)

The Invoice Number and several shipping methods are underlined meaning that they are hyper-links.

When you click on the Invoice Number you will see the line item details shipped in the order - including back-ordered items.

When a shipping method is underlined then "automatic tracking" can be performed.

The shipping method will only be underlined if the shipping carrier is UPS and the item is not a drop shipment.

Notice that the reference number on the UPS Tracking System is the Nazdar customer order number.

The line item details page shows
1. Item Number
2. Unit of Measure
3. Item Description
4. Quantity Ordered
5. Quantity Shipped
6. Quantity Backordered
7. Complete
8. Warehouse
9. Drop Ship

To go back to the Orders that have shipped in the last 30 days summary page, click on the "back to summary" link.

Credits Issued In the Last 30 Days

"Click" this option from the Access Links on the right side of the page and the following screen will appear:

This screen shows:
1. Nazdar credit number
2. Customer purchase order number from the original order
3. Date the credit was issued
4. Total credited amount.

The underlined credit number is a hyper-link to the line item details of the credit.

The line item details page shows
1. Item Number
2. Unit of Measure
3. Item Description
4. Quantity
5. Credit Amount

To go back to the Credits issued in the last 30 days summary page, click on the "back to summary" link.

Your Purchasing History By Product

"Click" this option from the Access Links on the right side of the page and the following screen will appear:

This screen shows:
1. Nazdar item number
2. Unit of measure
3. Item Description
4. Quantity sold for the current year to date
5. Dollars invoiced by item for the current year to date
6. Quantity sold for the entire prior year
7. Dollars invoiced by item for all of the current year


Search my Purchasing History

"Click" this option from the Access Links on the right side of the page and the following screen will appear:

The Search Engine function allows you to instantly find information about your Nadar account and/or product shipping status. For best results using the Search Engine do not enter spaces or punctuation. Search Engine words are not case sensitive.

To use the Search Engine to access information simply enter:

  • Any part of the Item Number
  • Any part of the Item Description
  • The unit of measure

Then "click" the Submit Query button.

My Account Menu

My Account allows you to update information in the account you've created. Click the links to update your account information.

Change Your Password

"Click" this option from the "My Account" page. The following screen will appear:

Enter the requested information.

"Click" Change Password.
